FUNCTIONALITY & USE

– Does Olive come with a warranty?

We provide 2 years for all elements of the Olive range. This covers normal wear and tear of parts and does not apply to any product that has been tampered with or misused. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by force majeure; weather or natural elements, vandalism, negligent handling or damage due to faulty packaging or mishandling in transit by carrier.

– What tablets does Olive support?

Olive accommodates a variety of tablet makes and models in the size range from 7.9” to 10.5”. We are always trying to keep up with the demand and provide customers with the widest range of security options available and will be looking to expand on the list below. A current list of compatible tablet models can be found below:

– What colours does Olive come in and can I apply my own branding ?

Olive is available in white and black. However, we have the capability to silkscreen print your brand colour/logo on the front fascia. Please get in touch with sales@olivetablet.com to discuss your requirement and cost implication.

– What key options does Olive come with?

All orders are ‘keyed alike’ with all key and lock combinations the same unless otherwise requested. In the unfortunate instance that you lose a key please email our Sales Support team at sales@olivetablet.com and provide your order or invoice number and we will help you order a new set of keys.

– Does Olive affect the tablets’ Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or 3G connectivity?

Olive has been designed to ensure uninterrupted Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G connectivity.

– Can I charge the tablet while it is installed in Olive?

Olive is designed to permit concealed cable path from the housing to the power source, regardless of mount configuration.

– Is Olive suitable for outdoor use /weather proof?

Olive does not have any significant protection against the elements and is not designed for long-term outdoor use.

– Can I add a card reader to Olive?

This varies from accessory to accessory. Please get in touch to discuss your exact requirements on sales@olivetablet.com

– Has Olive been tested?

Olive has been subjected to stringent in-house test procedures to ensure that it is robust enough to perform perfectly throughout its working life.

– Can Olive be recycled?

Olive is designed with end of life disposal in mind and a high percentage of the product can be recycled.

– I have a special project and require a custom design solution, can you help?

ORDERING, SHIPPING & PAYMENT

– How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?

Olive is configured to your exact specification and dispatched from our UK warehouse using third party couriers. Orders placed online going to the UK and Europe are shipped free of charge.

If the product is held in stock, orders placed Monday to Friday, before midday (UK time) are usually shipped the same day on a next day service. For all other orders we require 10 working days. You will be notified of assembly and dispatch dates.

– How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your parcel tracking number. This will be sent to the billing email address along with your invoice.

– How do I make a bulk order and do I receive discount?

For any bulk orders enquiries (over 10 units) please contact sales@olivetablet.com to discuss discounting.

– How can I pay?

Pay online by Credit/debit card

To do this we transfer you to our SagePay payment page. SagePay will make the necessary checks with your issuing card service and, if all is well, take payment from your card. Your account is charged immediately upon placing an order.

Call us on 0207 940 4280 to make your order. You will need to supply your credit card details, or send us an email telling us the best time to ring you. There is always someone around from 9am to 5:30pm on weekdays.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

– Can I return my order?

You can return any unused item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or credit. All items must be returned in their original condition including its packaging, parts and instruction manuals.
To start the return process, please email our Sales Support team sales@olivetablet.comand provide your order or invoice number. Providing your order is eligible for return we will email you a Returns Form which you will need to pack with the return items. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. The warranty is only valid on items which have been purchased from CBS directly or one of our authorised dealers.

– How do I exchange my order?

You can exchange any unused item within 30 days of purchase. All items for exchange must be returned in their original condition including its packaging, parts and instruction manuals.
To start the exchange process, please email our Sales Support team sales@olivetablet.com and provide your order or invoice number. Providing your order is eligible for exchange we will email you a Returns Form which you will need to pack with the return items.
If an exchanged item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to not process the exchange. If you want the exchange items returned to you, we will request that you cover the delivery cost. Please note that coloured or branded fascia’s are not eligible for an exchange.

ORDER ISSUES

– I’m missing an item from my order, what do I do?

If an item is missing, please contact sales@olivetablet.com with the order or invoice number and the missing item’s name and product number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

– What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

Olive is covered by a 2 year warranty and in the unlikely event that you experience a problem with one of our products we will be happy to either provide replacement parts, fix the item or replace the item. The warranty is only valid on items which have been purchased from CBS directly or one of our authorised dealers. We will also cover and arrange all shipping costs.

To start the process please contact our sales@olivetablet.com and provide the order or invoice number and a brief description of the fault. Any photos or videos of the issue would be very useful and help speed up the process.

– What do I do if I received an incorrect item in my order?

If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact our sales@olivetablet.com and provide the order or invoice number and the name of the correct and incorrect product. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item as quickly as possible.

– Can I cancel/amend my order after I’ve placed it?
